Andrea Radrizzani knows things must change at Leeds United as Jesse Marsch continues to fight for his job, according to the Daily Mail.

The newspaper has reported on its website that the majority owner at Elland Road is ready to let the American take control at Liverpool, with the Bournemouth game that follows described as pivotal.

The Leeds board is said to be concerned throughout, with the home fans turning massively after the defeat against Fulham made it no wins in eight Premier League games.

Things are turning sour at Elland Road very quickly.

Radrizzani is facing pressure from the fans alongside Angus Kinnear and Victor Orta to leave, so someone is going to have to be that sacrificial lamb sooner than later.

That usually is the manager who ends up packing their bags, but sources have shared that talks are ongoing between all parties to bring about change in West Yorkshire.

With only three games until the World Cup break, it looks as though it is a make-or-break period for Marsch, who will need something special to keep his job as things stand.

Change.

That is the critical word here.

Marsch currently has the worst win rate of any Leeds manager after this dreadful run, with only Jack Taylor going longer without a win – 10 games that was.

After the Arsenal game, we all felt hope that things were moving in the right direction but two of the worst performances we have seen followed against poor opposition.

What was most worrying was the fact that Marsch looked clueless in both, making wholesale changes and hoping something stuck with the exact same poor tactics that were easily unrivalled.

Aston Villa made a change last week and saw changes instantly, so that will be sticking in the head of Radrizzani, who may see the World Cup break as the perfect time to make that change.

Leeds may not have that time though, and a heavy defeat at Liverpool could certainly spell the end of the American, who can’t say it hasn’t been coming if it does.

Fingers crossed we can get some points.
