Simon Jordan explodes at Andrea Radrizzani after what he did at Leeds United - MOT Leeds News 30/5/23

Simon Jordan has exploded at Andrea Radrizzani after naming
the Leeds United owner one of the worst in the entire Premier League after
relegation.
The talkSPORT host admitted it was “ridiculous” for the
Italian to label the chances of relegation as impossible, with Leeds now
confirmed to be in the Championship next season.
With the 49ers Enterprises still lining up to finalise their
takeover, Radrizzani may not be in the building by the time the new season
starts at Elland Road.
Speaking on talkSPORT’s YouTube channel in his One 2 One
section, Jordan could not believe what Radrizzani had done over the past year.
“Who’s in contention for worst owner of the season?” he
said. “It depends what you measure it by.
“If you’re measuring it by bad decisions and agendas that
aren’t the best for the football club, you’re probably looking at Leeds because
you’ve got an owner who at the start of the season was laughing with fans that
there was no danger of relegation.
“It’s a ridiculous observation, impossible I think the quote
attributed to Radrizzani was and here they are.”
Embarrassing.
Radrizzani had the world in his hands after our first season
back in the Premier League, but two years later and all of that has been thrown
away.
Leeds had just finished ninth in their first season back,
with the likes of Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips in the heart of the side, but
Marcelo Bielsa was not backed appropriately, and we have now paid the price.
Jesse Marsch, Javi Gracia and Sam Allardyce have been
shocking appointments, and the 49ers Enterprises are now facing a complete
rebuild instead.
A new manager, a new boardroom and a new squad will likely
need to be put together across the next two months before the Championship
season kicks off.
Radrizzani and Victor Orta especially never knew when to
keep their mouths shut, and they embarrassed not only themselves but the club
as well.
It is time to start again, and hopefully, the 49ers run the
club in a way we can be proud of.
