Official: Blackstock joining Leeds from Forest on three-month loan

Yorkshire Post 24/10/13
LEEDS United have completed the signing of Nottingham Forest striker Dexter Blackstock on a three-month loan.
Blackstock, 27, joins Elland Road on loan from the City Ground until January 25.
The striker, who has struggled for games under Billy Davies at Forest, was on the verge of joining Brighton last weekend but a late attempt by Leeds to bring him north has paid off.
The forward has played only three times for Forest this season and his career in Nottingham has taken a turn for the worse since he signed a new four-and-a-half year deal at the start of 2013.
He will now go straight into Whites manager Brian McDermott’s squad to face a Championship derby at Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
