Leeds United striker Ross McCormack is set to be fined by Leeds United after his failure to join the team on their pre season trip to Italy reports The Guardian.
It was revealed earlier in the week that McCormack had requested a transfer away from Elland Road and had not travelled with the squad to Italy.
It is now being reported that McCormack had been booked on to a flight by the club, and therefore the club are regarding his no-show as a breach of contract and plan to fine the want away striker a months wages.
Speculation over McCormack has gathered pace in the last week after Fulham had a reported bid turned down for the striker, and Leeds chairman Massimo Cellino coming out and saying the club have no pressure to sell last seasons top scorer.
