Leeds United manager Darko Milanic comments on what his main priority in training will be and on his relationship with club president Massimo Cellino.
Leeds United will head into the two-week international break still looking for their first victory under new manager Darko Milanic.
The Slovenian took charge of the Championship outfit last month, but in his three matches he has managed to pick up just two points.
Milanic started his reign at Leeds with a 2-0 defeat to Brentford away from home in the league on September 27.
Then on Wednesday, Leeds drew goalless draw with Reading at Elland Road and played out a 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday at home in the Yorkshire derby on Saturday.
Leeds boss Milanic has a lot of think about over the next two weeks, such as his players not scoring enough goals, but what will be his main priority in training over the next fortnight?
‘We (need to) renew our movements better’, he told Sky Sports.
Milanic was also asked about his relationship with Leeds president Massimo Cellino. The Italian businessman played a crucial role in appointing the Slovenian as the club’s manager, and there are suggestions that he has a say in the team that is picked.
‘Yes (I am enjoying my job)’, Milanic said. ‘This is extremely important for me. The relationship between me and Cellino is as it should be between a head coach and a president’.
