Phil had already won the divisional award and he beat off fans from Sheffield United and Dagenham and Redbridge to the award.
He won the award following over 50-years of commitment to following Leeds having not missed a home game since 1960 and an away game since 1967 and he will attend his 2000th consecutive league game when Leeds travel to Bournemouth on March 25th.
Congratulations to Phil on the award.
