Leeds United want more than £35million to sell Jack Harrison amid interest from Newcastle United.

Harrison is admired by Eddie Howe for his workrate and he is keen on adding the 25-year-old to his squad as well as a young striker.

Leeds value Harrison highly though and will not sell easily. They are continuing their own discussions for a new forward with Paris Saint-Germain's Arnaud Kalimuendo their prime target.

Harrison joined Leeds on loan in 2018 before eventually joining on a permanent basis last summer after three years at Elland Road.

He played a crucial role in helping the club avoid relegation last season with eight goals in 35 league appearances.

Leeds have been one of the league's most active sides in the transfer market this summer, having signed Brendan Aaronson, Luis Sinsisterra, Tyler Adams, Rasmus Kristensen, Marc Roca and Darko Gyabi.
