Bolton Wanderers have completed the signing of goalkeeper Andy Lonergan from Leeds United.
Lonergan has quit Elland Road after only one year with Leeds, joining United’s Championship rivals for an undisclosed fee thought to be in the region of £200,000.
The 28-year-old was signed by former Leeds manager Simon Grayson from Preston North End 12 months ago and made 38 appearances last season but his departure comes less than a week after current United boss Neil Warnock moved to recruit Paddy Kenny from Queens Park Rangers.
Lonergan has signed a three-year deal at the Reebok Stadium.
