Leeds United snap up former Owls loanee Wickham

Yorkshire Post 26/2/14
Leeds United are on the verge of completing a deal to sign striker Connor Wickham on loan from Sunderland.
The 20-year-old is set to join United until the end of the season, strengthening their squad ahead of the final 15 games of the Championship term and a trip to QPR on Saturday.
Wickham has already completed three months on loan at Sheffield Wednesday this term and scored once in United’s 6-0 hammering at Hillsborough last month.
His proposed move to West Yorkshire comes ahead of Sunderland’s appearance in the League Cup final this weekend.
