GFH Capital have announced that they are in exclusive negotiations with Leeds United in respect of the proposed acquisition of the Club.
The relevant agreements are being processed by the respective legal teams and information supplied to the Football League as required under their regulations.

Beginning next month, Leeds supporters' personalised stones will be replaced with exact replicas, courtesy of a new company, to ensure of a 'much better quality' installation. The work is expected to take around two months to complete. Will Butcher West Ham United are closing in on a deal to sign Crysencio Summerville from Leeds United, and Ben Jacobs has shared how much Leeds will receive for the Dutchman. The 22-year-old has been strongly linked with the Elland Road exit door all summer and was targeted as the one big sale Leeds needed to make before the Profit & Sustainability Rules deadline this month. But instead, Leeds sold Archie Gray for £40m to Tottenham. Leeds have since sold five more players in the form of Diego Llorente, Marc Roca, Kris Klaesson and Charlie Cresswell – raking in around £60m in total. But more exits were always likely and Fabrizio Romano reported on Wednesday afternoon that West Ham had agreed personal terms with Summerville, and talks for a fee were ongoing with the Yorkshire side. Leeds United transfer double development with striker so far unavailable and defender 'bafflement' — YEP 30/1/25

By Graham Smyth A striker viewed by Leeds United as a possible reinforcement for Daniel Farke’s attacking options has so far been declared unavailable by his club. The Whites have long admired Cameron Archer of Southampton and made enquiries in previous windows but as reports emerge that an approach has been rejected by the Saints, the YEP understands that Leeds will continue to monitor his situation. Southampton are not currently willing to sanction an exit for a player who has started 10 games in the Premier League and made 25 appearances in all competitions so far this season. Archer, 23, has scored five goals for the Saints, only two of which came in league action. He has previously proven prolific at Championship level in loan spells for both Preston North End and Middlesbrough. Southampton have already shipped on one striker in the January transfer window, with the loan move of Ben Brereton Diaz to Leeds’ title rivals Sheffield United.
