Chairman Massimo Cellino says he intends to outline some of his plans to the supporters in the very near future, once he has established a clearer picture of the situation he has returned to.
The Italian is back on the board of directors at Elland Road after passing the Football League's Owners and Directors test earlier this week.
"I will talk very soon but at the minute I am working very hard. I have only just returned to the club," he said.
"There are things which need fixing and that is what I am trying to do.
"There are questions which I cannot answer right now but I will know more very soon, when I will have been back longer.
"There are a number of things to be fixed and I have been working 20-hour days to try and do that.
"The fans want answers, I understand that.
"We need to be ready for the new season and we cannot afford to get left behind during the first weeks.
"I want to make sure that we are ready to give the fans the season they deserve.
"For now, I can't answer many questions while I work things out, but I can promise that I will speak very soon to answer the questions that have been asked."
