Leeds to sign Irish striker

Leeds are set to sign Glenavon striker Robbie McDaid according to the local Ulster Herald.
The 17 year old has travelled to Leeds and will sign a 2 year contract.
No official confirmation from the United camp, but McDaid is highly rated. Leeds boss Brian McDermott has a good track record with Irish youngsters-if McDaid does sign on the dotted line, let's hope McDermott has bagged another gem.

While the first team is preparing for the next friendly against Villarreal, the U21s side, with a host of first team stars, thrashed Norweigian side Lyn 1896 10-2 in a pre-season friendly this afternoon.
