Leeds have signed Southampton winger Leandre Griffit on a month's loan.
The 20-year-old, who has struggled to cement a starting berth at Saints, made the move in a bid to guarantee first-team football.
"He's got a lot of pace and can play on either the left or the right," Leeds manager Kevin Blackwell told the Yorkshire Post.
The Frenchman is set to make his debut immediately - in Saturday's FA Cup third-round tie against Birmingham.
And Blackwell said: "His arrival could give us the opportunity to play David Healy in a more central role.
"He certainly gives us another option and is a welcome addition."
