Fair play to Rutter, it's took some cahones to come back
from the stick he was getting last year particularly for a young guy in a
foreign country. I couldn't have been more wrong about him, it looked as though
it was bordering on money laundering his signing this time last year.

No idea how to describe that. They were the better team for large parts,
they were doing a job on us and did everything apart from scoring from some of
the glaringly easy chances they had.
But that's the beauty of football, you are never out of it
when it's 1-0 and what happened in that last 15 minutes was just glorious. Amazing stuff really.

9th win on the bounce and winning by a two-goal margin.
Our next 5 fixtures on paper are also extremely favourable.
Normally, i'd be expecting to be brought back down to earth by some shitter but
Farke is so good in this league. His teams can and have gone on ridiculous runs
before, it's genuinely not agiven we will lose in the near future which is
bonkers to say or think as a Leeds fan but that's our hardest fixture left
completed and we've won it.

Livid at HT. A set piece goal, but we had two Piroe chances,
Gnonto straight in but turns inside on his left (why?) and Summerville in but
an awful touch cost him. Back to not being clinical. 3-1 to us at HT would’ve
been fair.
Second half they blew chance after chance. A fair goal ruled
out and the misses from Mavididi and Daka are as bad as you will see.
Refreshing to see other teams blow chances too.
Then we went on to score 3. The ball falls to Robert -
lovely finish and then an og and deflected free in off Bamford. Those things
never go our way!
Never seen Ellland Road like that before. 9 in a row.

I've got to drive to London this morning and I've been
struggling to sleep with all adrenaline after game.
Absolutely up there with some of best, if not best
experience I've ever had at Elland road in 35 plus years I've been going. If
you could bottle that last 15 mins - Jesus!
I was confident before game but they were pressing in a very
smart way and caused us lots of problems which wasn't helped with some sloppy
passing and us giving ball away easily. Rodon who has been rock solid seemed to
be having a bit of a mare and it did seem our patterns of play were predictable
for them with how they were closing us down too. Frustrating was just how it
wasn't coming together for us and their shit housing didn't help either.
That said I felt at half time we were still in the game and
a goal would definitely change it. My son is always optimistic but early in
second half after Firpo gave ball away
he said to me I don't know if we will do it. I then said where is your usual
optimism I think we can do it then it turned to me with a cheeky smile and said
yeah you're right we're going to score 3!
We rode our luck early in second half but they failed to
capitalise which was key but we kept on pushing on especially Rutter who never
gave up and the changes were catalyst we needed with James' pace and Bamford
been thorn in the side of the defence it really helped make a difference.
My god when Archie scored seeing how much it meant to him as
he celebrated in front of me was a face of pure joy and at the point I felt we
had them and crowd knew it too as it lit a fire beneath us which you could see
Leicester players wilting under the pressure. Absolute madness when second and
third went in. Just looking around Elland road to see all 4 side going
absolutely fucking mental! You love to see it.

What a night, i mean what can you say. I didn’t go to bed
until 1am and was up again at 5am. Still fucking buzzing. Don’t think i’ve ever
seen us give the ball away so much but credit to the lads they never gave up.
Thank fuck there is no var in the championship because we don’t come back if
their second stands, yes i know we did at Norwich but Leicester are a class
